This application is provided to partners of Astra Executive to receive and manage dispatch requests. By using the app, you agree to operate in accordance with the terms established in your individual partnership agreement with Astra Executive.
Astra Executive sends dispatch requests to partners based on service type, location, and availability. Receiving a request does not constitute a binding contract until you explicitly accept it. Once accepted, you commit to fulfilling the mission as described.
Compensation for each mission is indicated within the dispatch request and is communicated for informational purposes. Final compensation and payment terms are governed by your partnership agreement and may be adjusted by Astra Executive as needed.
As a partner, you are responsible for the proper execution of accepted missions, including punctuality, vehicle standards, and professional conduct. Astra Executive reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reassign any request at its sole discretion.
Astra Executive acts as a dispatch intermediary and is not responsible for the transport service itself. Partners retain full responsibility for their operations, staff, vehicles, and insurance. Astra Executive shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond its control.
All information shared through this application, including client details and dispatch instructions, is confidential and intended solely for the execution of the assigned mission. Partners may not disclose, share, or reuse such information for any other purpose.
Access to this application is granted by Astra Executive and may be modified or revoked at any time. Partners are responsible for keeping their account secure and must notify Astra Executive of any unauthorized use.
